You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to T&C mentioned below.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I return an item?
- Wrong Item Received – if you didn’t get what you ordered.
- Color Variations: Hand-dyed fabrics may show small, unique color differences—that’s part of the charm and entirely normal. Only major mismatches beyond typical variation qualify.
- Manufacturing Defect – we’ll fix any true flaws; handcrafted character marks aren’t defects.
- Damage in Transit:
- If packaging arrived intact but the item is damaged, please send photos for review.
- If packaging looked tampered with on delivery:
- Refuse delivery or photograph the package before opening.
- Open in front of the courier and check contents against the invoice.
- Note any issues on the delivery receipt.
What if the Fit isn’t right?
Your purchase qualifies for our Perfect Fit Guarantee—we’ll remake it at no extra cost if the fit isn’t spot on. This isn’t applicable if you’ve submitted wrong measurements or selected the wrong size while placing your order. Sale Items excluded.
What conditions apply to returns?
- 14‑day window: Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Keep it Pristine: Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and include all original tags.
- Review on Arrival: We’ll inspect every return. If an item doesn’t meet our guidelines, we may send it back at your cost.
- No Personal-Preference Returns: We can’t accept returns simply because tastes vary.
- Customized & Custom-Tailored Items are eligible only for a remake or store credit.
- Sale Pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Policy Updates: We may tweak these guidelines from time to time; the latest version will always be posted here.
How long does a refund or store credit take?
We’ll email you as soon as we process your return. It’s generally processed within 7 business days.
