I'll start off with the positive aspects:
The customer service is fantastic. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, after I had to ask twice about the state of my order because I had waited a couple weeks with no sign of it being shipped or even finished, they arranged for express shipping. The packaging was really nice as well, it includes a linen bag and overall seems plastic-free.
Now onto the item itself, it seems to have definitely been sewed with my measurements in mind. The fabric is really nice and soft.
Now, onto the negative aspects.
The shorts are definitely too tight. Not even too tight, but too short as well. It doesn't have the oversized fit for me at all, it's actually rather more skin-tight. That's quite a bummer, because it makes the fabric rise and bunch up in the crotch.
Overall, I'm a little disappointed. However, it still sorta fits me, and I'll probably keep it. Just be aware that when you order something custom-made off the internet, you'll probably have to consider that they can't measure your real body to make sure everything is correct, there has to be some kind of blueprint. This might not be a good resource for clothes for people who are tall and curvy.

I love these shorts! I’m 5’2 and 140 pounds with a big bum so it’s hard to find shorts in this fabric that work with my body shape, and they have big pockets! My friend called them "Paddington Chic" which is funny yet perfect

I got these shorts in plus size and it turns out to be just perfect. And by the way, it looks more beautiful than the pictures. Definitely letting my friends know.
