Does adding customizations take longer?

No. 15 business days - whether you customize or not. The only thing that could delay your order is if we're waiting for confirmation on your measurements or customization choices.

They're different, but you get both. Made-to-measure means we use your body measurements to create the garment - it fits your bust, waist, hips, height. This is included free on every order. Style customization means you change the design itself - the neckline, sleeves, length, fabric. Most brands offer neither. We offer both.
